Outdoor Boot Camp

Pure Energy Fitness Outdoor Boot Camp is a creative, energetic four-week fitness program held at Riverside Park in Gillette (behind The Long Hill Township Building off Valley Rd.) in the spring, summer and fall. Choose either 5:30-6:30 am or 9:00-10:00 am, for three days a week. Get ready to transform yourself! Packed with motivation, instruction, encouragement and fun, this energizing program breaks all the rules of what can and can’t be done in a workout routine — all with amazing results.

During our Boot Camp you will jump rope, do push-ups, run, perform fun and creative power drills, tackle obstacle courses and do so much more all while ensuring correct form. Also included are pre and post program evaluations of your body fat, a timed ½ mile, and strength tests so that you can see how far you’ve come after a few short weeks. No matter what your age, size or current fitness level, you will achieve amazing results and added confidence during this dynamic program. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old workout routine, this adventure is for you!

Our Boot Outdoor Camp is unique, fun and best of all, offers direct results. Pure Energy Fitness Boot Camp runs for four weeks with a one week in-between break to reenergize.
