Boot Camp
Boot Camp
Creative, energetic class combines strength training, resistance and cardiovascular exercises all in one session. A new and motivating workout each time. Whether you’re already a Boot Camp devotee or completely new to Pure Energy, get ready to challenge yourself with the use of battle ropes, dumbbells, barbells, slam balls, medicine balls and/or super bands. Our high motivated coaches will challenge you to YOUR full potential. Our class size is limited to insure proper form and technique.
TRX
TRX
TRX® Suspension Trainers are used in our Cycle, Bootcamps and Small groups classes. The TRX uses bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You will use your own TRX Suspension trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises. The TRX is unique as it works the entire body without always pounding the body with high impact exercises. Great for all levels!

This boxing program is an intense group cardio combat program. At its core is a carefully chosen combination of weight training, interval training, cardiovascular training, and striking from all combative sports. During each 55-minute session, you’ll burn 800-1,200 calories and push yourself harder than ever before. You’ll also build muscle, burn fat, increase your cardiovascular threshold and learn how to box.

Enjoy either 45 minutes of Pure Cycle or 60 minutes of a Cycle Fusion! Our Fusion classes begin with 30-40 minutes of cycle, followed by a strength fusion. On the bike, your instructor will lead you through climbs, descents and races, all set to heart pounding music that motivates and energizes you. Followed up with one of these – Kettlebell, Bosu Ball, Weights/Bands or your own TRX strap to complete your experience. These classes target the entire body which aim to improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility as well as coordination and balance. One of a kind class only a in our private studio.

The use of Kettlebells, one of the most powerful tools for improving your fitness and physique is incorporated in our classes. They combine strength training, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. This unique approach of combining Kettlebell and bodyweight movements make our classes challenging and fun, yet flexible enough for individuals of most fitness levels. Our programs focus on joint mobility and stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular flexibility, total-body range of motion, and injury prevention. The Kettlebell is a unique tool in which we are highly qualified to incorporate them in most of our classes and training sessions.
