Class Descriptions


Creative, energetic class combines incredible strengthening, resistance and cardiovascular exercises all in one session. Always a new and motivating workout, come experience what everyone is talking about. Whether you’re already a Boot Camp devotee or completely new to Pure Energy, get ready to challenge yourself with the use of steps, dumbbells, jump ropes, body bars, medicine balls and/or tubing. Every session will be different, and every session will be amazing. You wont encounter complicated choreography in this class, just a great workout. And soon you’ll be outside again.


TRX® Suspension Training® harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. That’s all you need – the TRX and your own body. TRX Suspension Training allows you to instantly adjust the level of difficulty for each exercise.
