Boot Camp
Creative, energetic class combines incredible strengthening, resistance and cardiovascular exercises all in one session. Always a new and motivating workout, come experience what everyone is talking about. Whether you’re already a Boot Camp devotee or completely new to Pure Energy, get ready to challenge yourself with the use of steps, dumbbells, jump ropes, body bars, medicine balls and/or tubing. Every session will be different, and every session will be amazing. You wont encounter complicated choreography in this class, just a great workout. And soon you’ll be outside again.

Turn up the volume! This is a barbell class choreographed to highly motivating music and designed to work your whole body. Extreme pump will improve your fat-burning ability and muscle definition (as well as your general outlook!). No dancing here – just pure pump!

Group, indoor cycling class. This class will work your cardiovascular system and tone/strengthen your core and lower body. At the same time you will burn tons of calories while riding to your favorite music!

Kettle Bells
Kettle Bells
This class combines cardio, core and a resistance workout in one. Works the whole body. Constant, flowing motion with simultaneous muscle activity across the entire body results in a long, lean look for women and a well-toned, well muscled physique for men.
